This position will be responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of client transactions. Some of these responsibilities include:
Putting signs out
Making flyers and replenishing them
Seller booklets and making sure they are replenished
Assisting with getting contractors into houses for repairs/estimates
Scheduling photographer and stager and assistance with access to houses
Overseeing paperwork and making sure Option and Earnest Money are delivered timely
Checking in with buyers lender for updates and appraisal status
Scheduling closing times and put on calendar
Setting up utilities when needed for relocation
Marketing properties with social media
Make sure Backagent is updated
Mail out monthly marketing pieces
