Job Title: Rating And Billing Clerk - Atascocita Job

The Rating and Billing Clerk is responsible for the preparation of daily rating, processing and invoicing of all accounts assigned.

> Prepare domestic invoices
>Ensure Billing statements to customers are prepared and transmitted
> Ensure Billing are rated, processed and posted properly and timely
>maintain customer profiles, inclusive of tariff book maintenance
> Review all Billing information in system
> research and resolve errors in invoicing entries
> Address and resolve errors in invoicing entries
>Address and resolve customer questions and issues in regards to rating or billing
> Knowledge of and experience in EDI billing processes are preferred
>Billing experience preferred
> Assist in collection of account balances as requested

Skills Required:

>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
>Proficiency in basic mathematics
>Ability to accurately type and enter data
>Ability to make both one-on-one and group presentations
> Ability to identify and resolve complex billing issues

Employment Type:

Temporary - Full Time

Compensation:

$15-$17 hourly Based on experience
