1. Creation of a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the physical, social, and emotional development of students with an emphasis on literacy skills.
2. Perform duties as planned under the leadership of the Program Director.
3. Provide activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving appropriate to the development levels of the children.
4. Maintain attendance records of children participating in the After School Program.
5. Maintain open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child's family.
Skills Required:
Experience working in an early childhood (Ages 3 years old - 10 years old) setting.
Experience working with persons from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program.

Compensation:
15-20hrs weekly
Hours: 2:45pm- 6:15pm
Compensation: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour*
