We are looking for an energetic, organized Apartment Leasing Specialist for our community, Town Center, in Kingwood, TX.
We are looking for someone with superior sales and closing skills. We have good traffic flow and a property with great appeal. We offer industry recognized training programs and growth opportunities. We are really interested in meeting associates with apartment leasing experience.
Skills Required:
The requirements listed below are representative of the skills and abilities we are looking for in applicants:
� One-two years experience in conventional multifamily apartment leasing
� Strong sales skills
� Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
� Strong communication skills
� Superior lead management skills
� Knowledge and experience with MRI a plus
� Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
� You need to be able to work some weekends
