Including Kids is currently hiring direct care therapists and supervisors. Experience working in Special Education or in the field of ABA is preferred. You do not have to be certified for direct care positions. Supervisor positions require BCBA credentials.

Including Kids uses a one-to-one child to therapist ratio, with intensive intervention instruction conducted at each child's individual skill level/need addressing the areas of language/communication, social skills/executive functioning, academics, self-help and behavior.

Therapists will be working with one child for roughly 6 hours a day. These positions are very data intensive, requiring observation, note-taking and instruction. Experience is a plus.

Hours range from 36-40 hours per week, approximate hours are 8:00 am -- 4:00 pm, with optional increased hours in after-school programs from 4:00 -- 5:30 on Tuesdays.

Salary is determined by therapist level, degrees, certifications and experience. Level of experience determines level of therapist in which employee starts.
