Supervision of O.T. Aides and Assistants: Provides first line supervision of O.T. Aides and Assistants. • Assigns specific patient care responsibilities to COTA’s and Aides with adequate information to follow through. • Provides on-going supervision of assigned tasks to assure quality care. • Provides instruction in treatment methods and regulations as assigned. • Reviews overall performance and provides on-going feedback to Assistants and Aides.
