52nd Kingwood 4th of July Parade Event Details:

On Friday, July 4th, the Kingwood Rotary Club and Kingwood Civic Club are presenting the 52nd Kingwood 4th of July Parade.
This is a “rain or shine” event.

FREE Family Event: 52nd Kingwood 4th of July Parade

2025 Parade Grand Marshal: Mark Linabury, President & CEO of Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce
Date: July 4th (Rain or Shine)
Cost: Free
Sponsors needed: Business, non-profits, organizations and teams can signup to be in the Parade at this link: http://kingwoodcivicclub.org/files/141005205.pdf

Parade starts at: 10 AM (Houston Police will close the southbound lane of W. Lake Houston Pkwy at 9 AM to traffic)

Parade Route:
• Starts at Creekwood Middle School, 603 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Kingwood, 77339
• Ends at: Kingwood High School, 2701 Kingwood Dr, Kingwood, 77339
Attendance: 11,000+ attendees line our parade route (per City of Houston Police Department which provides security)
Bring: Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, sunblock, cooler with non-alcoholic beverages
Parade Float Participants: 70-100

FREE Kids Events on July 4th:
• 7 AM – 8:30 AM “Fishing Rodeo” at Foster Mill ponds (corner of Kingwood Drive & Forest Garden Drive)
• 9 AM “Kids Bike Rodeo Decorating Contest” in the parking lot of the Kingwood Bible Church (3610 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Kingwood) across from Creekwood Middle School. After judging is over, we’ll have a special section in the parade for the children to ride their bikes in the Parade (parents must accompany their children in the parade by walking or riding their own bikes.)

• Kingwood Rotary Club is a 501(c)4 community service organization under IRS regulations.
• Proceeds from parade sponsorships support our organization’s projects in our community.
