Tai Chi Event Details:
Interested in trying a new healthy outdoor activity? Tai Chi is a centuries-old activity shown to reduce osteoarthritis pain and improve quality of life, reasoning ability, balance and stability. John Spencer leads this class based on the 24-step Yang form of Tai Chi.
The one hour class includes low-impact stretching, breathing, and range of motion exercies. Class is in the outdoor classroom behind the nature center. Ages 18+.
