 | Ashley Ballou, MOT, OTR/L Occupational Therapist (pediatrics, geriatrics, young adults, PDSES clients) Ashley is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to helping diverse populations, from children to older adults. Inspired by her grandmother, a former nurse's aide, Ashley uses therapeutic techniques to promote growth and independence in her clients. A double graduate of Texas Woman's University, she also mentors and supports rehab therapists and students all over the nation through hosting community groups and participating in summits and events. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years and their five daughters. Her personal interest include bowling, traveling, music, political dramas, reading, and exploring cozy coffee shops. | |
 | JeMeg Wayne, M.S., CCC-SLP Speech-Language Pathologist (PDSES evaluation clients only) JeMeg Wayne is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with four years of experience supporting diverse populations of children with a wide range of communication disorders. She is passionate about helping each child find their voice and reach their full potential through individualized, evidence-based therapy. JeMeg earned her bachelor's degree from Hampton University and her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University Maryland. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her newborn daughter, her dog Cairo, traveling, and shopping. | |
 | Noryan Vazquez, SLPA Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (pediatrics, bilingual PDSES clients) Noryan Vazquez has been a bilingual speech therapy assistant for 9 years. Noryan earned her speech therapy degree from Carlos Albizu University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has a passion for helping others especially those with special needs. She uses creative and innovative ideas to teach kids how to acquire speech skills. Her goal is to provide the funnest and coolest speech therapy. Her motto is "Learning is easier when you’re having fun and that will always be my method." | |
