Chefs 2b wants to reintroduce the warmth, charm, and magic of cooking together as a family. You can relax and socialize here, or follow your children through the swinging doors to the colorful, whimsical, fully stocked kitchens where professional chefs guide chefs-to-be through preplanned recipes.
Roll up your sleeves and be ready to entice all of your senses, because you will learn cooking techniques along with preparing your own meal. CREATIVITE CULINARY CLASSES
The class menu is set up for ease and access. You may choose classes ala carte, which are priced per session, or you may sign up as a cooking associate which includes a 90 minute class each week. As an associate chef, you will also enjoy member's only offerings, discounts on classes, Birthday parties, cake decorating, Gourmet cooking classes for adults and much more, as well as special promotions.
All classes integrate science, math, hands-on skills, and themes. Cooking apprentices as young as four are welcome in the Chefs 2b kitchens. Party packages are available; the Birthday parties are a new, exciting twist to kids' events, and will truly make an unforgettable impression on the birthday child and their friends. In addition Chefs 2b hosts summer camps, adult instruction classes, and cake decorating classes for kids and adults. MEET CHEF BOTELLO
Jeanette Botello received her culinary certificate from San Jacinto College, and has cooked this charming business from scratch. A biochemical engineer with an MBA in business management, Botello, a former Microsoft executive, launched her business from scratch. “We are not a franchise,” said Botello, “but, at some point, my goal is to offer franchise opportunities.” "Three years of research and I realized there is not many ways for kids to get involved [in cooking]. Kids just love it, and they will use what they learn here their entire life."
Her smile and warm, welcoming attitude will make you feel at home in her professionally stocked kitchens before you even pick up your first spatula. She understands that the focus of her kitchen is not the fantastic meal you will prepare as a family, but the family members themselves.
