Injured Duck at Summerwood Community Center *Warning graphic pic

Yesterday evening, my sister and I saw this duck walking around with his bottom beak broken, dangling by a small piece of flesh. He tried to eat and groom himself but couldn't. His tongue is just dangling out and it's awful. I'm hoping someone can catch him and help him

I just saw a wildlife rescue show last Saturday where they had to rebuild the top beak of a swan. It was chomped by a snapping turtle. They used a moulding putty to rebuild it good as new.
