ACIA garage sale is this weekend, which in my opinion, is too early. It is my understanding that some of the other subdivisions in Atascocita, are having their garage sales on the weekend of the 18th. Seems that would have been a much better time to schedule ours since it brings a lot more traffic to the area. We were smart enough to schedule ours with others last year. I swear these people on our board are so clueless.

Idk.. ours last year was the same weekend as kings river. We participated and there was hardly anyone hitting the garage sales at our community sale. I think the kings river sale is just too popular..
Consider it a blessing to have the only community garage sale on a weekend.. I think you'll have more spenders
