What is the role of sterling management co. in the ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION?
Are they there to treat members disrespectfully?

Are they there to provide the ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD of UNTRUSTABLES (who contracts with and pays them) cover for their actions that violate state laws and our governing documents?

Did you know that last September the ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD of UNTRUSTABLES filed documents in the courts to change the operation and structure of the ACC?
Do you think you should have known?

Look at the law for answers to that question- TRANSPAERANCY not from this HOA!

Meeting Agendas- at the last HOA meeting RH and sterling said they only have to give notice of the meeting no agenda required. I beg to differ look at the law. Other HOAS post their agendas at least 72 hours before the meeting. Hmm why is that?

Want an exercise in frustration ask the ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD of UNTRUSTABLES for records that you as members have a right to access- Good luck is all I can say.

This HOA, unfortunately for the ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD of UNTRUSTABLES, is not a private fiefdom and your underhanded and secretive actions will no longer be tolerated.

The "front yard fence" was brought up at the last meeting, and surprise surprise I could not determine who approved it the board of UNTRUSTBLES or the ACC?

If I remember correctly a member asked the simple question of who gave the authorization for this fence?

Simple question right, not so much for these people.

Is the law that is supposed to give homeowners protection from abusive HOA's meant to shield HOA's from transparency?

What is the title of that law?

I know it is not the " The Shady HOA Board of UNTRUSTABLES Protection Act", at least I think it is not.

I was told the "new" ACC approved the front yard fence. Guess the old one didn't, but the new one did?

This is about as clear as mud.I will confirm with the member who asked but at this point I'm leaning toward board approval. It MAY BE THAT ALL THE ACC POWER WAS GIVEN TO 1 board member TK. Look at the new ACC documents. In case you were unfamiliar with this situation the board of UNTRUSTABLES had a couple of minutes long meeting and just announced they WERE CHANGING THE DOCUMENTS.They never specified the changes or had any homeowner input.

Also all of this was done outside of the view of the members.

Was this done at a BOARD OF UNTRUSTABLE "WORKSHOP"?

The old ACC did disapprove that fence.

They had to go because they were a problem for The ATASCOCITA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD of UNTRUSTABLES . The old ACC wanted TRANSPARENCY.

The old ACC wanted us to follow the deed restrictions. This board could care less about deed restrictions. That is why I would take IMPROVEMENT out of the ACIA. Nothing has improved since they were elected to the board 3 yrs. ago.

Lets have a secret meeting, we can call it a 'workshop".

The purpose of this meeting will be to determine the new and true acronym for the ACIA.

The current board of UNTRUSTABLES all ran on TRANSPARENCY. They are the most opaque group I have ever seen outside of the CIA.

So would Atascocita Community Unimprovement Association be applicable?
