CLUB PILATES trendsetting franchise fitness, locally owned and operated, is breaking down the traditional barriers to Pilates workout. We are the largest premium network of group Pilates studios in the world, with more than 600 opened in US and internationally.

POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist management with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, booking them into Introductory Classes and closing the sales. The Sales Representative also assists with engagement and retaining current members and with apparel and retail sales.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Positive, detail oriented and team player with exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Valid drivers’ license and/or access to reliable transportation. Must have a clean DMV record and successfully pass background check.

RESPONSABILITIES:
• Ability to SELL our programs and retail products
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship with future members
• Make and answer high volume of calls, texts and email
• Emphasize and enforce policies, procedures and rules
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Provide superior customer services to members and prospects
• Participate in special events (health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the club
• Merchandise and inventory retail
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the studio
• Other duties as assigned

• $10 + Commission paid on sales (membership and retail sales)

• Part-time Day Shift (3 to 4 days)
• Hours: 8:30 am to 2 pm and rotating Saturdays from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
