1st and 2nd Shift CNC Machinist
$14 to $21 per hour based on exp
Mon through Friday
10 to 12 hour shift
Shift starts at 8:00

Skills Required:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
� Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
� Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately.
� Reads blueprint or job order for product and job specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, number of parts to be run, tooling instructions or other written specifications
� Sets up machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specifications; Determines processing specifications such as materials, location of cutting lines, dimensions, tolerances and operational sequences
� Examines finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
� May mark identification material before or after processing; store material for additional processing and/or shipping
� Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation
� Performs routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required
� Assists other machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
� Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Associate�s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE
6 months of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment; 2 years experience in basic programming, editing, setup and operation of CNC machines for precision parts with experience on Doosan, Okuma or Swiss machines with Fanuc controls preferred; able to setup and edit the G-Code for each part, as well as edit the program, check parts, debur parts, perform offsets, etc. preferred; Mastercam and/or Solidworks experience a plus
