It's still super cool to do of your in elementary school! My DD and her friends do this all of the time. They really crack up laughing when parents and teachers do it. Good times!

It is funny when you see someone do it and then you ask them what it means and they tell you they do it because others do it. Then I ask..... what if it means something bad and they laugh and walk away.

I'll ask DD what it means tomorrow. I'll post her answer for you. I always thought it was a dance move that one of the popular singers made up.
