First of all, there is no way that Humble ISD would choose to miss out on their money. Secondly, each kid that feels they can't go to school because it's 29 degrees outside needs a good kick in the bootie.

@Sammee : exactly. I won't make my kid wait for the bus in the cold since he doesn't have a coat for that temp (they grow so fast it isn't a good investment at this age when it rarely goes below freezing here) , but that's about it.
