She probably let the poor pup starve with the whole "it aint my dog" attitude. Sickening.

@cbp210 : Yes definitely. Whoever saw it should get a reward. No idea who it was but it was a lady from what I was told.

Apparently she's out on only $100 bail. Hoping she gets a sentence and community service. Nothing will change the person she is. Evil. I don't believe there is any rehab for her. It's ingrained in her. One cannot create "heart". Yet this person will go on and one day have children.

I think we can all remember that face. The face of a heartless person. If I didn't have much food, my dog would eat, too. She's not skinny........

@Shane4Xmas : community service at an animal shelter to teach her compassion for animals. Cleaning them, feeding them, walking them, scooping some poop and just loving their lonely souls would change her. This is the first time in my life that I can remember not having a dog and I am choosing not to have one right now due to my busy schedule and knowing I wouldn't have the time to put into a dog. It would know it's loved and would be well fed but a dog needs a lot of one on one time and I just don't have it now. Retirement is around the corner!!!!

@Sammiejo : I don't believe compassion can be taught when she intentionally starved and dumped a puppy. I couldn't do that to anything. It's like trying to rehab a serial killer. She might have something in her for compassion for people. Don't know. But it's people like this that need a psychiatric evaluation.

This pup was picked up by a rescue yesterday and is safe out of the shelter
