Deputies Arrest Local Man With THC Wax

According to reports from PCT 4, on May 13, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 5800 block of Upper Lake Drive.

During the course of the traffic stop, the driver was identified as Joshua Johnson and found to be in possession of over 300 grams of Tetrahydrocannibinol concentrate, also referred to as THC wax and over $1,400.00 in U.S. Currency. All contraband was seized by deputies.

"Joshua Johnson was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Possession of Tetrahydrocannibinol with Intent to Deliver. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." -Constable Mark Herman

this man is in jail for having a substance that HAS NEVER HURT ANYBODY. no harm done to the community but stores legally sell a liquid that has been cause to numerous deaths, crimes, and major health problems

what people put in their body is their own choice instead of throwing everybody in jail we should educate people on the dangers of some drugs but why should somebody be told what they can and cant put in their own body if they are not bothering anybody? #pharmacymonopoly

@enddrugwar : I agree. But it is still against the law so until we change it, you gotta abide by it.
On another note, do you know this guy? I was wondering if those Supreme boxes were made or does Supreme make the wax? Asking for a friend.
