Suspect Arrested for Assault

On January 5, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18000 block of Leisure Place Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, deputies located the suspect involved and identified him as Fernando Parra.

Further investigation revealed he was high on drugs and assaulted a female victim at the location.

"Fernando Parra was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault. His court and bond information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman

@MrsT : So, I'm in my late 50's, and I assure you, they get worse as you get older, not better. The stuff I see from people I went to school with!

@MrsT : Actually, I find it kind of funny that the person I went to school with that I relate the most to these days was my arch enemy back in the day. He hated me for some reason, and went out of his way to be an a hole to me. After a few years of that, I hated him right back. He seems to have finally grown into an empathic caring person. Go figure. LOL

@AtascocitaDotCom : Omg . I hope she put a restraining order on him not that they do any good anymore. But she won't she'll probably go back with him like some women do
