Father Arrested for Driving While Iintoxicated with His Child in the Vehicle
On October 28, 2022, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5400 block of Atascocita Road in reference to a vehicle crash. Upon deputies arriving, Brian Pena, the at fault driver displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Also in the vehicle was his 4 year child.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that he was intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that he was out on bond for Assault.
