Mother Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated withHer Child in the Vehicle
On September 2, 2022 deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the McDonald's located in the 13700 block of Will Clayton in reference to a possible intoxicated female in a vehicle in the Drive Thru line.
Upon deputies arriving, they located the female and she was identified as Ashley Hollier, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Also in the vehicle was her two year child.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that she was intoxicated.
