Safety tips for children in hot cars!

Loading Image...

This month is on track to become the hottest June on record.

Take a few minutes to teach your children some basic “how to” car safety tips including:

1) how to unbuckle their car seat/safety belt
2) how to honk the horn
3) turn on flashers/hazard lights
4) unlock car doors

Best tip is to not leave them in there in the first place.

@lynnsgirl : I've often wondered why some people bothered to have kids. It would have been a whole lot easier (and a big money saver) to just not have them. If they can't be bothered with them, why the heck do they have them?!

@RajunCajun : They have them so they can draw government benefits!
If someone has to be reminded to get their kids out of their car, they not only shouldn't have had kids, but they should be jailed immediately!
Why is this a "new" problem, one we never had before cell phones?
(Warning: one of our members who loves to argue just for the sake of arguing, will soon comment to disagree, LOL!!!) Gotta love them!

@Reese : Ah, yeah. I'm naive. Forgot about that angle. Totally agree about jail but the authorities can't seem to keep even the worst of the worst in jail these days so pretty sure that won't happen. This has been a problem before cell phones but not nearly as many as we hear about now.
