Suspect arrested in Humble for pointing gun at mother and children on FM 1960 Harris County Constables arrest suspect after he pointed a firearm at a mother and her children on FM 1960. On November 30, 2021, deputies responded to a residence in the Foxwood Subdivision reference to a road rage. Upon deputies arriving, the victim reported that while traveling in the 9700 block of FM 1960 Road, she pressed on her breaks due to the vehicle in front of her doing so. The vehicle behind her then drove beside her and the male driver pointed a firearm at her and her children, ages 1 and 4. The victim provided Constable Deputies the license plate number and they relocated to the registered address in the Foxwood subdivision and made contact with the suspect, identified as Charles Wright. The firearm used during the incident was located inside his vehicle. "Charles Wright was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $30,000.00 out of the 208th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
