Help police find this suspect!
Police need your help in locating suspect James Cryer who is wanted for burglary of a building
On June 10, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5200 block of Atascocita Road in reference to a burglary that occurred the night before. The owner of the business reported that an unknown suspect forced entry into a shipping container that contained copper tubing for construction jobs.
Constable Investigators reviewed video footage showing that a prior employee, James Cryer broke into business, got into the shipping container and loaded copper tubing equipment into his vehicle and fled.
Further investigation revealed that he was selling the copper items the next day.
