Wanted felon arrested at Wal-Mart in Atascocita 11/17/21
On November 17, 2021, a sergeant with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a possible wanted suspect at the Wal-Mart parking lot located in the 19200 block of Kings Parkway. The male was identified as Kevin McFadden.
During the course of the investigation it was discovered that he had two open Felony Warrants for Assault with previous convictions and Fail to Stop and Render Aid.
He was arrested and booked in Harris County Jail for open Felony Warrants. He received No Bond for the Assault charge and a $25,000.00 bond for the FSRA out of the 178th District Court.
