Harris County Constables arrest 3 burglary suspects
On Tuesday 11/9/21, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12400 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The occupants were identified as Deon Harrison, Donald Giles and Caleb Piper.
During the course of the traffic stop, deputies received a burglary call in the 4800 block of Blue Spruce Hill Street, where the caller stated that they observed a vehicle matching the description of the one the deputies had stopped fleeing the scene with stolen property.
During a vehicle search, deputies located the stolen property from the burglary. The stolen property was recovered and returned to the owners.
Further investigation revealed that Donald Giles was on bond for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Discharge a Handgun in a Metro Area.
Deon Harrison, Donald Giles and Caleb Piper were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
