Constable Arrest Suspected Drunk Driver
On January 5, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 10800 block of Will Clayton Parkway Road in reference to a reckless driver failing to maintain lanes and driving into oncoming traffic.
Constable Deputies located and stopped the vehicle in the 3800 block of Atascocita Road and identified the driver as Jennifer Ifeunk, who displayed several signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that she was driving while intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that this was her second driving while intoxicated offense.
"Jennifer Ifeunk was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated -nnd Offense. Her bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman
