Suspect Arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance
On November 6, 2020, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Kings Lake Estates subdivision in reference to a car accident at the front gate. Upon deputies arriving, the driver was safely removed from the vehicle and identified as Steven Coleman.
During the course of the investigation, he was found to be in possession of 10.43 ounces of Marijuana, 62 grams of Hydrocodone pills, 86 grams of Adderall and $1,348.00 in cash which was all seized by deputies.
After he was transported and released from a local hospital, a warrant was obtained for a specimen of his blood.
"Steven Coleman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $2,500.00 out of the 178th District Court.
