According to reports from PCT 4, on June 16, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the 7000 block of Blanco Pines Drive in Atascocita in reference to a verbal altercation between three males. While responding to the call, deputies were advised that one of the males fled the scene in a vehicle. Constables Deputies were able to locate the vehicle nearby and made contact with the suspect. The suspect became belligerent, refused to comply with commands and physically resisted the deputies. After a brief struggle, he was detained and identified as Adrian Ayala. Further investigation revealed that he had two open warrants for his arrest."Adrian Ayala was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interfering with the Public Duties of a Peace Officer.
