Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff's Office Financial Crimes Unit need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Forgery (Financial Instrument).

According to reports from HCSO, on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the victim's vehicle was burglarized in the 19100 block of the West Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita. During this incident, the victim's purse and checks were stolen.
 
The suspect (pictured) then used the victim's stolen checks at two different banks located in Sugar Land. The suspect was captured on surveillance video while in the drive-thru of each bank. The suspect forged two separate checks for $1,500.00 each.

Suspect description: White female with brown hair.
 
This suspect was also involved in similar criminal activities on January 22, 2019, in Oak Ridge North.

Its cool that they release these pictures. Last year my wife got her purse stolen from her desk in an office that you need to swipe a security card to enter. So it was obviously someone that worked there. They then filled up two at two gas stations and racked up twice at Target. Both locations had cameras but the officers said that they couldn't let us see the footage. We could have most likely easily identified the co worker. But nope. Weren't allowed and they got away with a lot of money. I wonder what the difference is on releasing images from security cams.

@nikkiole : Exactly! I was fuming! I have a strong feeling that the officer never went to get the videos. Theft isnt a "high priority". We asked both locations ourselves but they wouldnt let us see either, stating that an officer needed to be present. Crazy.

Unfortunately, most businesses use a 48 hours keep and release, so if nothing is done quickly then sol.
