According to reports from PCT 4, on February 12, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Walgreen's located in the 3700 block of Atascocita Road in reference to a theft.

Prior to deputies arriving, they received information that a male suspect approached the sales counter with merchandise in order to get the sales clerk to open the cash drawer. Once the drawer was open, the suspect jumped over the counter, grabbed the money in the drawer and fled the location in a vehicle.

Responding Constable Deputies obtained a description of the vehicle and were able to locate it at a nearby gas station. As deputies entered the gas station, the suspect fled from the location on foot. Deputies gave chase and were able to detain and identify him as Jemarcus Fontenot.

The stolen money and merchandise was recovered and returned to Walgreen's.

"Jemarcus Fontenot was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft < $2,500.00 with two or more previous convictions and is also being investigated for several similar thefts throughout Harris County. His bond was set at $1,500.00 out of the 230th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman

This is getting out of hand. He needs to be sent back to Mexico and we need to build the dam wall.

Crazy, he looks just like what I thought he would. 1500 dollar bond! What a joke. Justice system is a fraud. Next he'll murder someone during a robbery. At least DPS killed two POS thugs at Cinco Ranch this morning. Great job DPS! Kill more of this trash.

@BLAZE :

The Atascocita kid that shot the other guy was out on a personal bond. That means he did not have to pay for anything and they let him loose. Then he shots someone and is on a $40,000 bond.

I love these dumba** criminals that have face tattoos. It's like getting a walking billboard that follows you and screams 'I robbed Walgreens - come get me!'

@RocketsHouston : I don't think the wall would have stopped him, since he's probably never even been to Mexico.

@sumac :

But I don't understand. Trump keeps telling me on TV that the crime would stop if we build the wall. So I have to believe him because he is my president. On top of that he is going to make Mexico pay for it. In fact El Chapo is going to pay for it as I hear from his staff.

Oh, yay! In these dreary days I had feared that all irony had been lost. You have delighted me, @RocketsHouston!
