FBI Seeks Gilligan Robber In Humble Bank Heist
The FBI's Violent Crime Task Force is asking for help to identify the man investigators have dubbed the "Gilligan Robber," who robbed a Capitol One Bank Branch in northeast on Thursday.
The robbery happened at about 2 p.m. on Dec. 13, at 3037 FM 1960 in Humble, according to investigators.
Banks need to get smarter. They can have a lock in lock out system with cameras between the entrance and the bank itself, that people have to pass through. If someone has a hat, hoodie, oversized clothing or out of season coat, or looks shady at all, they don't have to unlock the door and can deny them entry. Refuse service and entry, for people dressed like they are going to rob the place. They can also be locked in between until police get there if they are suspect. People that have sense don't dress like that to go in a bank, robbers do.
