The Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office is asking for the public's help finding a local man wanted for allegedly stealing from a home-construction site in Atascocita.
According to reports from Pct 4, on November 16, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a truck and trailer loaded with construction material exiting a neighborhood in Atascocita. The items on the trailer were not secured properly and a traffic stop was conducted in the 18000 block of Lago Forest.
The driver, identified as Patrick Baldree (34, Atascocita), was found to have an invalid driver's license and was arrested for this offense. Further investigation revealed that the construction materials were stolen out of an" "under construction" home in the 12700 block of North Greater Blue Circle in Atascocita.
The total value of the stolen materials estimated to nearly $5,000.00.
Unfortunately, Patrick Baldree had already bonded out on the original Invalid License charge so an arrest warrant was filed.
"Patrick Baldree is currently wanted by law enforcement for Felony Theft. He received No Bond out of the 185th District Court. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to call our dispatch at (281) 376-3472 or contact your local law enforcement." - Constable Mark Herman
