The Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office is currently looking for a suspect for his involvement in several Theft cases, including one back in September in Atascocita.
According to reports from PCT 4, Constable Mark Herman's Criminal Investigations Division began an investigation into the theft of a construction trailer from the 3700 block of Atascocita Road back in September of this year.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that two male suspects stole the trailer from the location and pawned items from the trailer at a local pawn shop. Thankfully, the owner had provided a comprehensive list of items that were within the trailer. Investigators obtained surveillance video from the site of the trailer theft and the pawn shop where the stolen items were sold.
Constable Investigators were able to identify the suspects as Michael Martin (38, Houston) and Troy Rodgers (47, Houston).
Additionally, witnesses were able to positively identify the suspects through photo spreads.
"Michael Martin has been arrested, but Troy Rodgers is currently wanted by law enforcement. They have both been charged with Theft out of the 174th District Court. They are also being investigated for other thefts in Harris County." -Constable Mark Herman
If you have information on the whereabouts of Rodgers, please contact PCT 4 or your local law enforcement agency. Reference case # 180900798
