On October 9, 2018, Constable Mark Herman hosted the graduation ceremony for 19 students of Class 36 of the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office Citizens Police Academy.
After 10 weeks of dedicated class attendance, covering subject matter from multiple aspects of law enforcement, the students celebrated their graduation with Constable Mark Herman and his staff.
"The Citizens Police Academy serves to build community relationships between our residents and the Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Office, by introducing the attendees to the functions of the numerous divisions of the agency and providing the attendees with insight into the day to day operations and issues a police officer faces each shift." - Constable Mark Herman
Constable Mark Herman's Office is currently accepting applications for the next Citizens Police Academy to begin in August 2019. This course is offered free of charge to attendees. If you are interested in attending, please register early as attendance is granted on a first come, first serve basis.
