AMS Stranger Danger 9/20September 20, 2018 Dear Atascocita Middle School Parents,Yesterday at 4:20 p.m. a seventh-grade female student was walking on Tournament Trails across from the school. She was going to the parking lot of Community Bank, where her dad was parked waiting to take her home. A truck pulled alongside her and a man in the passenger seat called out to her, "Hey! Hey! Your dad told me to pick you up." The person was smirking and clowning around while he repeated, "Your dad told me to pick you up." The girl ran to the parking lot where her dad was parked. The truck did not follow her.The man is described as a white male, heavy-set with short blonde hair and is a teenager or young adult. The truck is described as black with detailing or painting on the side that may be a yellow-green color. It had big tires like a "monster truck."Humble ISD Police Department were notified. Police will have additional patrol tomorrow during dismissal.
