Deputies from the Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office are looking for a suspect who stole equipment from a resident then sold the items to a local pawn shop.
According to reports from PCT 4, on January 11, 2018, deputies from
Constable Mark Herman's office were dispatched to the corner of Aerobic Avenue and West Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita in reference to a theft.
Upon arriving, deputies learned from the complainant that several pieces of equipment and tools had been stolen from the bed of their truck. Investigators with Constable Herman's Criminal Investigations Division discovered that the defendant, later identified as John Plair (42, Humble) had sold the complainant's property at a local pawn shop.
John Plair now has a warrant out for his arrest.
“Based on the evidence obtained during this investigation, the defendant, John Harvey Plair, was charged with felony Theft with no bond out of the 230th Harris County District Court.
