An Atascocita man is now in the Harris County Jail after he hid from Deputies, resisted arrest once they found him and gave them a false name.
www.facebook.com/Pre cinct4/According to reports, on Thursday, November 16, 2017, a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the intersection of Kingwood Glen Dr and Kelly Pines Ct in Atascocita in reference to a male chasing and kicking cars that drove by. The suspect, later identified as Giancarlo Rodriguez (28, Atascocita), had fled the scene prior to the deputy’s arrival. However, he was quickly located hiding in the backyard of a nearby residence. Rodriguez attempted to flee and forcibly resisted the deputies as they were taking him into custody.“Giancarlo Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief and Failure to ID..” – Constable Mark Herman
