On Monday, September 25, 2017, a Deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed a suspicious vehicle stopped in the 17300 block of Woodland Hills Drive in Atascocita. The deputy stopped behind the vehicle, turned on his emergency lights and began to exit his patrol vehicle. At this point, the vehicle drove off. The suspect, later identified as Michelle Ramsey (39, Atascocita), took the deputy on a brief chase. Ramsey was quickly detained, which was when when Constable Deputies discovered she was intoxicated.
This is Ramsey's third DWI. She was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail with the charge of Felony Driving While Intoxicated.
