The Friends Of Atascocita Library (FOAL) Annual Book Sale is this weekend!

School is starting again soon, and this is a great time to stock up classrooms and kids’ bookshelves. The majority of items will be available for a dollar or less. All proceeds from the sale will directly benefit the Atascocita Branch Library.

The public is welcome to attend the sale on Saturday, August 19, from 10 - 5.

I went to the book sale preview tonight (part of the FOLK membership) and they have a ton of books for everybody. I recommend taking a large recyclable bag and a lot of patience. The sale is in the meeting room and they probably close to a 1000 books for sale. The prices were great and most of the books were in good to great condition.
