According to reports from PCT 4, on September 22, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18600 block of Walden Forest Drive in reference to a criminal mischief. Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that two unknown male suspects smashed his car window.
Constable Deputies searched the area and located two males near the scene who were identified as juveniles. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that the juveniles were the suspects who smashed the complainant's vehicle and they were found to be in possession of stolen property and multiple wallets containing several Texas Driver Licenses that were stolen from other vehicles in the area.
Further investigation revealed that the suspects had burglarized 4 vehicles, damaged 3 vehicles to gain entry into the cars and stole one vehicle.
"Both juveniles were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. One Juvenile was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and the other with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Fraudulent Use of an Identification. " - Constable Mark Herman
