Steelhead Trout

I know I saw one of you badass ADC chefs with this on your menu recently. I've never tried it and was curious, how does this compare to salmon? I love salmon, but DW is not much of a fan due to the fishiness, I've heard steelhead may be a milder flavor, but then others have said it's pretty much the same.

@Floyd : I think it's @Weathergirl5 who makes this a lot. I've never had it, but she sure turned me on to HEB's flounder!

@Floyd @brightlights Yes, I love steel head trout. It is similar to salmon but I actually prefer it over salmon. I think it is milder than salmon. Then again, I like mild salmon (think Coho salmon instead of sockeye. Sockeye it too strong and dry for me). It is milder than salmon and also has less fat. It looks like salmon. Here is a picture of it from a few weeks ago.
