@Weathergirl5 : I'm still on coffee, water and my supplements! Definitely a hot meal!

@Cbear : I have had several cups of coffee and I am wide awake, but still cold. Mostly my hands and feet are cold. And I have several pairs of socks on.

Tomato basil soup and a turkey sandwich are in the lunch bag.

@Smokeybear : That sounds good. In fact.....maybe I need to check the pantry and frig before I head out!!

@Smokeybear : It is a winning combination. Sometimes if I have ham or turkey (or even Bacon) I put that on my grilled cheese and eat it with my tomato soup.

@Weathergirl5 : We ended up having grilled cheese and tomato soup last night! I'm thinking about making Crawfish Étouffée tonight (have a ton of crawfish tails in the freezer). We'll see how lazy I feel later. 🤣

@brightlights : Crawfish etoufee is always good! I have never made it from scratch though, so if you make it post some pictures

Do not think I have ever had a grilled cheese with tomato soup

@EM999 : It is classic. If you like grilled cheese and you like tomato soup, try it. I always dunk my grilled cheese in my soup.

I love LaMadeliene Basil Tomato Soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. I buy my soup at HEB. And, yes, that is what I had for lunch today. I will have it tomorrow also.

I do not do tomato soup! I love grilled cheese now I have to go buy some bread!
