What are you making today
On this dreary rainy Sunday. What are you making for dinner tonight? I am making a white bean chicken and green chili soup. Topping it with shredded pepper jack cheese and crushed corn chips.

Saw yesterday " Marsalas" was open again on Atascocita rd. ordered on line for curbside. Shrimp scampi with mushrooms and garlic knots. side of stuffed mushrooms !

We'll either have leftover soup/bisque (3 to choose from 🤣), leftover BBQ and sides from last night (all home cooked!), or order out. No cook for brightlights tonight! 😀

I made Hamburger Steak & Fries for me and Patty Melt & Tater Tots for him served with Baked Beans. Trying to get rid of the frozen stuff so I can buy more to freeze LOL! We had chocolate malts for dessert too.
