Voting, So never before have we bent over backwards for voting! All the extra days and hours. I do not understand why. 24 hours for a few days. Udderly ridiculous!

@carol888 :

Because we've never had a situation like this before where a presidential election was being conducted in the mist of a pandemic.

I don't mind all the extra early voting opportunities. However since it is this way, I would rather that the deadline be on actual voting day, rather than have so many days afterwards to continue calculating. I see that causing further tension in the streets and distrust in the results, either way the chips may fall.

I don't mind it myself, with all we have going on, lets make it as simple as we can for voters that want to to get out and vote, make everybody's vote count. If it can also eliminate some of the fraud, lets do it.
I do NOT want to hear either one of them whine and cry about the system not being fair after election.

I don't see the problem under the current circumstances. I mean, once you've voted (super easy, very short, if any, wait times), it doesn't really affect you. Gives everyone ample time to cast those ballets, especially those fearful of the crowds on election day. 👍

@Floyd : Exactly, but all the extra confusion is just exactly what the left is banking on! Giving an extra week to count votes is a recipe for fraud!

@Floyd : That's not a bad idea. I'll accept the mail-in voting shenanigans but as of midnight November 3, your ballot's a pumpkin. At least that way, the fraudsters wouldn't be able to see how far ahead or behind they are and make adjustments after the fact.
