New Walking Dead spinoff series. Has anyone watched the first episode that aired after the finale of Walking Dead? If so, any good?

Funny, I was thinking about TWD earlier today. I stopped watching after Rick got Neegan. Was it worth watching after that? All the new previews look pretty cheesy.
