Our granddaughter phoned yesterday & talked for an hr or more . She as you all know is a RN at Vanderbilt University Medical center . She was working on the cardiac floor she calls it cardiac step down . Any way she called to tell us they are moving her to the covid 19 floor . I also a couple days ago found out ,1 of my brothers has stage 3 esophageal cancer & has a feeding tube . So please pray for him & for all medical people that are exposed every day fighting covid 19 .

Sorry to hear about your brother. That is tough news to hear.
Also your grand daughter that I am sure you are very concerned about, but she will be covered with armor of Angels. Tell her thank you for being on the front lines and taking care of those who may not have love ones near.

@MooMaw : Yes none of us in a position like this can do anything but pray they will be protected & be effective in trying their best to save lives . She is 23 yrs old & done missionary work in Panama , Thailand, & Peru . She has the heart of a servant to those in need & she believes God called her to this work .

@bbk : So sorry to hear about your brother. Prayers. Your granddaughter has the backing of the Man Upstairs. We will all mention her and your dear brother in our prayers (and you and the rest of the family, of course), because there is strength in numbers … nothing stronger than a prayer circle. She sounds like a very amazing young lady! Stay strong.

and about your GD been moved to the Covid floor, at least I think things are better now as far as the procedures at healthcare facilities than the earlier days.

I'll keep both in my thoughts

@bbk : Praying that M stay safe and healthy. Her patients are so blessed to have a nurse who absolutely loves her job and her patients.

I pray for healing for your brother. Is he local??

Praying that all Medical Professionals, Front Line Staffers and First Responders remain strong, steadfast and healthy as they care for the CoVid-19 patients. Please protect all from harm and illness. I pray that each and every patients makes a full recovery was no longterm damage.

@hutch5801 : Thanks, & my brother is in La all alone . His daughter is checking on him & lives about 10 miles away. Although another of my brothers is trying to help him also but he's as high risk as I am .He has copd .
