Sadly, it only takes one shoulder chipped bad attitude to infiltrate an establishment. Then they get their buddies hired on. Then one of them becomes a shift manager. Then they start hiring more half-@ssers. Next thing you know, business is shut down. If you have identified a bad location, provide the feedback. Brand reputation is a thing. District offices will purge house if they need to and it only takes a week to retrain a new staff-not exactly the hardest job there is.

We've given the Atascocita location so many chances. They are ALWAYS overcooking the pizza to where the cheese is dried out and the pepperoni is burnt. It's like eating a hot circle of garbage.

one of the world's worst jobs, taking customer complaints when you work at ultra low quality food vendor!!!lol, at least their shifts probably go by fast. I wonder how long they can pretend to care.

We have given them many chances as well. It's garbage (cold, overcooked/burned, inedible...and usually 2 hours to finally get here) 99% of the time. Pizza Hut is really good when done right (and my kids love it)! The last time we had to toss it all in the trash, I finally called to complain and the manager told me that this location is "the busiest Pizza Hut
Store in THE ENTIRE HOUSTON AREA." 🤣No more for us. We're Brooklyn peeps now. 👍

Same here. Used to love PH but actually tried last night and they wouldn't take our order because the internet was about to go down. We tried another store and one lady said they would deliver and when placing our order they hung up when we told them our address.

I actually like Little Caesar's ONLY when I order online. Then it's fresh and everything is in the locker for pickup. Don't have to interact with anyone and get a huge meal for $12.Extra Mostest pepperoni

@MooMaw : There's a Pizza Hut in my parents' small Texas town that was still dine-in up until last year. We used to go for lunch and it was so delicious and fresh (salad bar, too!). Now it's just delivery/takeout. 😥I have found memories of going to dine-in pizza places as a kid with the fam. Order, then hit the salad bar while you waited for your hot, fresh pizza! Don't find many of those around these days! Good times! I don't recall my parents ever ordering pizza delivery (was available, but my dad didn't roll that way 🤣) until well after we were all cooked and out of the house!
