@Astrokatz : That looks amazing! As weird as it sounds, when done correctly, flat iron steak is my favorite cut of beef (even ahead of a filet, I think)! Like buttah! But really easy to screw it up. Enjoy! 👍👍👍👍

@Astrokatz : My fav is for fajitas, too (or beef raman). Sometimes, I just season and sear one on a screaming hot grill for about 6 minutes/side (rare, nice crust), take it off, rest, slice it thin and just have it as sliced steak with a baked potato and a veggie. I say weird, because most people I know don't even know about flat iron...most prefer filet, ribeyes, t-bone, etc. Flat irons are getting harder to find lately.

@brightlights : Thought maybe it was what I used for the sauce. No issues.
